Instruction Manual for Locating Internship Forms

Welcome to the DSA 688: Experiential Learning Internship, PLab, and Seminar course. This manual will guide you on how to navigate and utilize the Brightspace platform to access the Internship forms provided.

Accessing the Brightspace Platform

1. Log in to Brightspace:
   • Visit Brightspace Login.
   • Enter your credentials to access the platform.
2. Navigating to Your Course:
   • Once logged in, locate your course under "My Courses" and then "Organizations" on the homepage.
   • Click on the course titled "Data Science and Analytics Master of Science Major."

Using the Internship Forms

To complete your internship, you need to access and use several forms provided on the Brightspace platform. Follow these steps to locate and utilize these forms:

1. Accessing the Internship Section:
   • After selecting your course, navigate to the "Content Browser" section.
   • Click on the "Content" link.
2. Navigating to Internship Project:
   • In the "Content" section, you will see multiple folders. Select the "Internship Project" folder.
   • This folder contains all the necessary documents and guidance materials for your internship.
3. Locating Internship Forms and Guidance Materials:
   • Inside the "Internship Project" folder, click on "Internship Forms and Guidance Materials."
   • Here, you will find several essential documents, including:
     • Internship Learning Agreement Form
     • Internship Site Supervisor Evaluation Form
     • Student Internship Evaluation Form
     • Internship Presentation Guidance
     • Internship Sample Report Guidance
